The vendors you will need to fulfill this dream of a wedding day can vary. Of course, you can’t hire all of your vendors at one time. But there are a few to give immediate attention to. Planner
A wedding planner is not a luxury, but a well-planned investment into your wedding, yourself, and your sanity. You aren’t expected to know everything you will need to have in place, or even how much things can cost. You will need to rely on your planner’s expertise and knowledge of the industry to pull in all of the key players needed for the day you want.
Venue
Your venue will need to be chosen early on in the process of your planning journey. Venues can fill up pretty quickly, especially if the date you have chosen for your wedding is popular. There are times when couples have changes their wedding date to fit the availability of the venue they love. Photographer
Your photos will last forever, and choosing the right photographer will be particularly important. Photographers who are in high demand will not be available for long, so this is one of the first vendors you will want to tackle down and retain the services of.
Caterer
Your caterer holds the keys to the happiness of your guests. The way to a good time is through the stomach. A good caterer, just like a good photographer, will be in high demand. Securing the caterer you want will be important for a number of reasons, including your wedding budget, and as we stated before, the happiness of your guests.
DJ
The DJ has a pretty important role for your wedding. They have to exert a ton of energy to carry your guests throughout the entire reception. The best DJs are indeed amazing hype men and women and will inevitably be sought out early.
Designer
Your designer is of great importance because a nice amount of your wedding spending will be placed in this area. This vendor will need to be secured early on simply due to the possible cost associated with the services. It also helps to be able to have the time needed to pay for what you want visually for your day.
The vendors you want to be sure you retain early in your planning process are usually the vendors who will more than likely only take on one wedding per day. They have to devote their time and attention primarily to you for a number of hours on your wedding day, so you do not want to lose out on a vendor you have your heart set on. Planning a wedding is an adventure, and being sure the right vendors are along for the ride is imperative.
